8 AM
- Take blood pressure measurements per doctor’s orders. 116/55. Yay, it’s in the normal range. It’s going to be a good day!
- Give thanks for another day of life. I have so much to be grateful for. I know I’m not where I want to be, but I thank God daily that I’m not where I used to be.
- Journal which includes this affirmation every day: “I am a child of the most high God. I am light. I am love.” I love this affirmation so much I made some merch to wear and inspire others!
- Feed the feral cats and walk to the end of the driveway. I associate feeding the cats with walking at least to the mailbox so I can create a tiny habit.
- Check my email after selecting all and deleting 90% of it. Medium Digest and subscriptions stay! I click on the links to stories which feels like sliding into oblivion. It’s fun, but takes up so much time and focus…
