January is the Perfect Month to Improve Your Health
I have been a vegetarian for ten years. For the past few years, I have jumped on the Veganuary train along with half-million other foodies who want to improve their health. I only lasted a few days before I had a slice of pizza, omelet, or something else with dairy or eggs. Well, I’m giving it a go again this year. At least for January!
